The Automotive Wholesalers of Texas (AWOT) is the statewide trade association of the automotive aftermarket industry. We are made up of approximately 1100 independent automotive parts stores, automotive repair shops, paint and body shops, and engine rebuilders. Collectively, our association members employ about 20,000 people throughout Texas!

OUR MISSION is to serve as the principal advocate and leadership organization for businesses engaged in commerce within the Automotive Aftermarket industry.

Our Objective is:
To provide the highest quality representation in legislative and regulatory matters to promote the common business interests of our members.
To improve business conditions through the exchange of ideas and information regarding mutual interest and concerns.
To provide the highest quality continuing education and training for members.
To acquire, preserve and disseminate valuable business information.
To afford our members' opportunities to express opinions on questions affecting their business and industry.
To cooperate/network with other industries and organizations regarding matters of shared concerns.
