      "Arrow" is the line with a pointy end () that connects:
          the name of candidate to the "Dot"  (e.g.. Bush)
      "Ballot" is the paper you are holding in your hands (or at least you are looking at it) 
      "Punch" means to perforate the ballot at the appropriate dot. 
      Please, please hold this ballot showing "TOP" & "BOTTOM" properly. 
      Do not look at this ballot upside down:
          It may confuse you and your attorney if  he/she is also from Florida.
